Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be shown live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the pair met personally to build hype for the upcoming bout.
Former twice unified title holder Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Mindset
"I plan to injure his face and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I will seriously aim to injure him. That's my goal."
Civil Exchange
Despite these statements, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - usually recognized for his theatrics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, took aim at UK opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer stated.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Joshua declined to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he stated.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
However, the relative newcomer remains one of the sport's greatest money-making draws, frequently receiving massive financial rewards.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in rounds four or five and claimed he would prevent the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently being planned for 2026.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Paul said.
Size Disparity
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the customary face-off, with their size difference clearly visible, it emphasized just how improbable this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the fight is really going ahead.
